About Your Teacher

I'm Anja Dobler, a Pilates instructor and movement teacher based in Berlin. I've been teaching for over 15 years, and I'm passionate about making wellness practices accessible, practical, and science-based.

This workshop comes from my own journey with stress management and my training in breathwork through YogaBody. I believe in simple tools that actually work in daily life.
